Refund Policy
At Aranyagiri Resort, we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional stay. However, we understand that plans may change. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
➔ 14 Days or More Before Check-in - Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
➔ 7 to 13 Days Before Check-in - 50% refund of the total booking amount.
➔ Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in - No refund will be provided.
2. No-Show Policy ➔ Guests who fail to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Early Check-Out ➔ Guests checking out earlier than their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund for unused nights.
4. Booking Modifications ➔ Date modifications are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in. A rescheduling fee may apply.
5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances ➔ In case of natural disasters or extreme weather conditions preventing travel, a credit voucher valid for 6 months will be issued instead of a refund.
6. Group & Event Bookings ➔ Special terms apply for group bookings, weddings, and corporate events. Please refer to your booking agreement for details.
